The National Housing Federation have succesfully won the campaign against British Gas to stop their premium charge on bills for pre-payment meter customers. It is often those who are on a low income who go for the pre-payment option, which is why it was deemed unfair for British Gas to add premium charges. Thanks to the efforts of the Federation, housing assocations and residents, a fairer deal has now been made for prepayment meter customers.

Barnsbury Housing Association are now undergoing major kitchen and bathroom refurbishments for their tenants. BHA have now been around for over an astonishing 40 years and like wise, so have most of their flats and townhouses. We're pretty sure that some tenants have enough wear and tear in their kitchens/bathrooms to show these years, which is why BHA have decided to carry out these much needed refurbishments.

A "Pamper Yourself" day for all BHA residents and other local housing assoications. All our tenants are welcome to come along and attend this event. Admission is £1 and most treatments are free!
